It always says "looking for your remote" then "paring your remote and TV" then "Your Fios TV remote is now Paired" then immediately to "Looking for your remote", "pairing your remote and set top box", Your Fios TV remote is now Paired" and will run this cycle a few times finally ending in----"setup failed ....
