OK - here is my issue. Engine: 2005 - 150hp Yamaha 2 stroke - oil injected. Problem: Low oil alarm at key is "sounding" constant, while engine is running. Engine goes in to limp mode. 1) Alarm at key appears to work (makes noise), limp mode works due to alarm. 2) Disconnected the engine mounted oil tank harness.If you need clarification on something please post back here. The 1-5 beep is the code for the exhaust manifold temp sensor. That means 1 of 2 things. 1. It means the exhaust manifold is running to run, and the alarm is warning you of that. 2. Or you have a faulty temp sensor in the manifold. Post back if you still have questions on this.Checked everything as recommended, replaced all parts of water pump, replaced thermostats and exhaust sensors. Still get overheat alarm while running. Sometimes alarm when running about 4200 RPMs, other times at 2600 RPMs. Sometimes can shut off engine and restart to run fine for a period of times. Thanks everyone for response.

You need to change the 2 ORings too. Buy the filter and O-Rings online. B.This resets the K-Factor to factory settings). To do this, turn both engine keys on, then in one of the C-10’s, open the system settings menu, then open the network menu/device list and select and open one of the Suzuki devices. After remounting the motor, turned the key on, to find a continuous alarm at the remote. the oil tank is full, and have started it easily running premixed fuel, but the alarm keeps going even after letting it idle for a while, thinking it might be air in the oil line.

While you are having this problem, pre-mix a tank of oil and fuel until you get the sensor problem corrected/ cleaned/replaced, and are certain the oil system is working properly (mark the tank to see how fast, or if oil is being used from tank).
