09 chevy traverse issues

I have a 2009 Traverse with 103,500 miles on it. I took it in at 98000 for oil change and 100K check. I was told they saw a slight weep of fluid from the power steering gear box. I had no issues and they quoted me $1,500 to fix. Right after, I started to have low speed intermittent failures of the power assist.
