How rare is the shrouded ghost

I've seen three the past 2 months. Haven't seen the shrouded first and been playing long before that fucker existed. i think it's less rare than a ghosted megalodon. Nah, I've seen at least half a dozen ancient skeletons and zero Shrouded Ghosts. If it is less rare, then it is seen more often.
