Sara currently holds a position as the Ruth Rippon Curator of Ceramics at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento. Sara is the recipient of a 2019-2020 Ailsa Mellon Bruce Predoctoral Fellowship for Historians of American Art to Travel Abroad made possible through the National Gallery of Art’s Center of Advanced Study in the Visual Arts (CASVA).
