Jan 23, 2012 · Just changing the oil is pretty straight forward. Pull the front wheel. Loosen the top fork plugs. Loosen the triple clamp bolts. Pull the fork legs out (one at the time). Mark them left and right. Pull the top fork plugs off. Drain the oil. Flush 3 times with AFT - drain well between flushes - especially the last one. Install the rear plug after drained and then get a new filter put a little oil on the oil seal and scew her on tight. Put in 4 Quarts (3.9 Quarts) of your choice of oil.
