We visited the much hyped new park and were initially very excited after watching the build up for nearly a year online. We visited at 10am on a Monday morning. After paying $20 to park and $15 for a locker we proceeded to the nearest ride to start our day of endless waiting.

We have gone to Volcano Bay on several occasions and have always reserved a cabana.The CABANA really makes the experience.First we got early access.We could Tap out for our rides in the cabana instead of having to go to the individual ride to do so.We had a safe for our belongings.A refrigerator stocked with bottled water.A complimentary fruit tray with danish ... Volcano Bay was a great choice when considering Universal Orlando Resort's expansion as the third theme park, exclusively touting water rides. Its location close to resort hotels complete with shuttles between it and Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios Florida make it an easily accessible option that varies from the other resort offerings. Stayed at Cabana Bay to get early entrance. Didn't get to utilise this due to the queue to check out of Cabana bay at this time and the length of time having to wait in the queue. Great promo for volcano bay and the tapping device on the at Cabana bay. Great idea but does not work in practice. Got into the Park not long after 10am. The icon of Volcano Bay, Krakatau, towers 200 feet above the park. It’s the largest peak in Florida. From the front, it is absolutely spectacular, with streaming waterfalls and a glimpse of the clear tube of its most thrilling slide, Ko’okiri Body Plunge. At night, it the waterfalls transform into fiery lava effects.The flagship attraction of Volcano Bay, Krakatau Aqua Coaster has a four-person canoe that launches up and shoots down hills and rockets through the volcano itself in a series of dark twists and turns. For the finale, the coaster plunges down a large drop with a large tiki statue on each side.Plan Your Day at Volcano Bay Orlando.
