Re: Fallout Character Overhaul and Fallout Redesigned 3. I'm having a weird issue where some characters including mine have their heads missing and a giant floating warning sign. I'm not sure how to fix it. That is to say... If you want the most consistency, just stick with vanilla. If you want small upgrades with very good consistency, use NVCE or its revised version. If you want larger upgrades with pretty good consistency, use NVR by dracomies.
